Process

A predictable workflow from brief to handover

Our process is designed around communication and quality – from clearly defined inputs to documented QA steps and structured handover.

A clear, 5-step structural BIM process

Our workflow is designed so your team always knows what to expect: clear scope, predictable delivery and structured QA.

1. Scope & inputs

We review your brief, structural standards, CAD/PDF/scan inputs and confirm deliverables, LOD and timelines.

2. Pilot package

We start with a pilot area or subset of elements so you can validate modeling approach, detailing logic and communication.

3. Production modeling

Our team develops LOD 300–350 models and drawings, following naming conventions, templates and QA checks agreed with you.

4. Coordination & QA

We run internal checks, respond to clashes and comments, and keep the structural model aligned with project changes.

5. Handover & support

We deliver models and documentation ready for construction and handover, and stay available for revisions and RFIs.

Communication & collaboration

  • Weekly or fortnightly check-ins depending on project scale.
  • Clear comments and mark-ups using your preferred tools (BIM 360, Bluebeam, PDF, etc.).
  • Versioning and file naming conventions agreed at project start.
